Classic hi top canvas court sneaker made from Proximity MFG proprietary 3X1 denim Weft Out™. Turquoise woven with indigo, creating a texture/color combination that is like no other. Meant to wear like your classic canvas hi top with a bit more weight. Natural vegetable tanned leather toe and side guard accents. 360° sidewall stitch on a premium rubber Margom cupsole.

Exterior: Proximity MFG 3X1 Weft Out™ Denim (made in Greensboro)

Interior: Mt Vernon natural canvas. Leather toe liner and suede heel counter.

The sample yardages of 3X1 denim that is used in the Weft Out series by Opie Way for a limited number of vintage-inspired athletic sneakers was woven on antique Draper fly shuttle looms in Greensboro, North Carolina by Proximity Manufacturing Company in the Fall of 2021.  

3x1 right hand twill, US-grown ringspun, rope-dyed indigo carded cotton warp and woven with ringspun carded and package turquoise cotton filling, weighing about 12.25oz loomstate, flipped weft side out to yield a color and texture unlike any other shoe on the market.
