Exchange and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our vegetable tanned products, we accept returns on a contact basis. If you'd like to request a return - please contact us directly at sales@opieway.com. Returned items must be completely unused, unworn, and in original condition for your return to be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges are always free! If you need a different size, email us at sales@opieway.com and we will provide you with a shipping label to mail back the first pair. After we receive your order, we will make and ship you a new pair. 

Returns & Exchanges on 'custom' items. Due to the made to order nature of 'custom' items, there are no returns and exchanges for custom purchases.
