In September of 2024, Hurricane Helene made a historic impact on our community in Western North Carolina. Our beloved factory (and everything in it) was taken out by the flood waters of the storm. We lost all of our inventory, materials and machines. In the weeks that followed, our friends, family and people all over the country poured in the support to give us the determination to rebuild our brand and factory after the destruction.
A few weeks after the storm, the southern statement 'Hell or High Water' became our motto. The statement is used to show resiliency, strength and determination - and that's how we felt about this brand and what we built over the past 5 years. Justin hand drew a graphic on his ipad (with no power or internet) and now we're offering that motto to all of our followers. The sales of this shirt will allow us to finish our rebuild and launch Opie again - and we think it might just be your favorite new shirt!
