apprenticeship

We have an opening for a shoe-maker apprentice in our Asheville factory. Our goal is for this to turn into a permanent position with our company, once the apprenticeship is complete. Part time to begin. You will learn how to craft shoes from beginning to end, with training in leather cutting, skiving, and other areas of leather working. Additional training in industrial sewing and all parts of the shoe making process. Experience in leather working and/or sewing would be helpful, but not required.
